Fraunhofer IPK reserves the right to cancel events if there are too few participants or in cases of force majeure. If this occurs, we will offer you an alternative date, if possible. If no suitable alternative date can be found, you may cancel your booking free of charge. Claims for reimbursement of travel and accommodation costs or loss of working hours are not permitted.

By registering, you agree that the organizer may store your personal data electronically and print it in the event's participant directory. This data will be kept confidential and used exclusively for organizing Fraunhofer IPK events and providing information about future events at the institute. You have the right to revoke your consent to the storage and use of your data at any time, as well as the right to opt out of receiving informational materials.
