The innovation competition INVITE (Platform for Continuing Professional Development) aims to design an innovative and secure digital education space for continuing professional development. A total of 35 winning projects are being funded with a total volume of around 88 million euro. The funded competition entries include projects for the networking or further development of Internet-based platforms, applications and services as well as for the development of innovative digital teaching and learning offerings.
Fraunhofer IPK is contributing the KIRA Pro project. The project will develop an AI solution suitable for SMEs for the design and realization of agile vocational training concepts until February 2024. A role navigator will identify sequential offers in a large quantity of advanced training offers suitable to support the company goal, from which an individual and industry-specific learning path can be derived for a specific employee.
