The event fee is tax-free according to § 4 Nr. 22a UStG. It includes event documentation and catering. The fee is due upon receipt of the invoice. Cancellations can be made in writing, by letter, fax or e-mail. Cancellations received up to four weeks prior to the event are free of charge. If we receive your cancellation up to one week before the event, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount will be charged. After that, we will charge the full event price. Alternatively, you may name a replacement participant from your company.

With your registration you agree that your personal data will be stored electronically by the organizer and printed in the list of participants of the event. Furthermore, your personal data will be treated confidentially and will only be used for the organization of the event and for future information about events of Fraunhofer IPK. You have the right to revoke your consent to the storage and use of your data at any time and to object to the sending of information material.
