Professional in Product Lifecycle Management

PLM Professional

Do you want to quickly learn the skills to successfully manage your own Product Lifecycle Management and engineering IT projects? With the PLM Professional framework, you will learn the basics for the management of complex systems and the value-creation chain of a product over the entire life cycle. You will also learn the basics in IT, business studies and soft skills.

With Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), companies can use procedures and tools for the control and management of all product-related information along its entire life cycle. The central challenges of today's product development are the efficient handling of product data and development knowledge. To achieve this, digital technology and modeling, information networking, software functionality, and processes and methods for decision-making must interlock seamlessly.

Our PLM Professional program teaches practice-oriented knowledge and skills in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM). We teach you to understand the methods and tools for virtual product development and digital factory planning and provide you with proven approaches for systems engineering, variant management and change management.
