Welcome to the website of the Fraunhofer-Institute for Production Systems and Design Technology IPK in Berlin. We offer comprehensive and application oriented system solutions covering Virtual Product Creation, Production and Automation Technology as well as Corporate Management. In addition we focus our RTD-services on Security, Mobility and Medical Technology. Our objective is to enhance and improve the competitiveness of our customers and partners. Together with the Institute for Machine Tools and Factory Management IWF of the Technical University Berlin you will find us located at the Production Technology Centre in the heart of the old Berlin industrial area at the Charlottenburg embankment of the river Spree.
